Yoga is an ancient tradition for a modern world.  Yoga gives us a sense of well-being so we are ready to face life’s challenges.  Sometimes the stresses of modern living affect our sense of inner peace and moving mindfully in yoga helps us to relax and open up the body so we feel both calm and energised.

I hope to be able to help you to improve your strength and flexibility.  By teaching yoga poses, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation I hope that you too can benefit from the energy that yoga gives and find your own inner stillness.

I teach yoga in Abingdon, Wantage, Oxford, Didcot and Harwell Campus.  Please get in touch if you are interested in coming to a class.  I also teach private classes, yoga in the workplace or if you would like to do yoga with a small group of friends please contact me.
